Installation Service

For the installation we remove and modify the chosen troughing set or a roller which when replaced becomes the weigh idler.

The installation, commissioning and calibration can normally be completed in one shift and we will work with you to complete this at the most suitable time so as to minimise down time and lost production.

All installers have IPAF and various competency cards and are cover by employers’ liability issuance.

Calibration Service

We offer the ”service and check’ which includes calibration with weights or material. Current contracts run either annual, 6 monthly or monthy checks to suit your requirements.

Callout and Repair Service

If you should have a break down or develop a fault, we will do our best to visit with 24 hours.

We carry most spares for our own range of weighers, but we can however locate and obtain spares for most other makes of belt scales quickly and at a competitive price.
