Belt Scales Range
The GW101 frames are supplied in self-colour stainless steel 304, with A2 stainless steel fixings. They consist of a load cell and bracketry for each side of the conveyor, a wheeled tachometer which runs on the clean side of the bottom belt, and a panel mounted controller that can be fitted locally near the weigh-frame, or in a control room via a local junction box.
For lighter flow rates or where higher accuracies are demanded, a dual weigh-frame configuration can be used. This increases the weigh area and helps improved the accuracy.
The GW101 range can be used to measure flow rates where any type of continuous weighing is required for materials such : Aggregates, Sand, Glass manufacturing and Recycling etc.

Our controllers continually calculate the flow rate of the material over the scales, and incorporates the following:
- High resolution colour touch screen display
- Simple step-by-step tare and calibration routines
- Dead range and Automatic zero adjustment’
- Comprehensive production and management reports
- Cloud remote access and data togging reports’
- Configurable RS232.485 serial interface and USB port
- Analogue Output and Network connectivity options including: Ethernet, Ethernet/lP, Profibus & Profinet
- Diagnostic data including event and production logs via USB port
SPARES
We supply a full range of spare load cells, controllers, tacho wheels or shaft encoders which can be either fitted by the customer or if you prefer, one of our engineers.
General
Robust load cell mounting pads are provided, which are suitable for hopper fill control and Loss in Weight hoppers (LIW).
